Refund Policy

The past check is free, so you can see how well your chart reads your past before paying anything.

You get a full refund if

• you paid but your reading was not delivered within 24 hours;
• you were charged twice for the same reading;
• a technical fault on our side made the reading unusable (for example, it is incomplete or for the wrong birth details we stored).

We don't refund

• a reading that was delivered as described, only because you disagree with what it says;
• a reading prepared from birth details you entered incorrectly.

How to ask

Write to hello@tridarsh.com within 7 days of payment with the email you signed in with and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
